4How and when do I take B4 for best results?
  • Mix one packet thoroughly into 16 ounces of water.
  • Take within an hour before activity.
  • Recommended with food in your stomach.
  • Consume 1-2 times a day with moderate activity.
5Can I drink more than one per day?
Yes! Consume 1-2 times a day with moderate activity. For extreme activity (such as, running a marathon or climbing a mountain), your body may need more. B4 helps you prepare for activity by filling you up on the vitamins and nutrients your body will need for you to show up ready and perform your best. If you take in more than you need, your body will eliminate the rest.
6Do I have to drink it before?
Well, it’s called B4 (pronounced BEFORE :) Our CEO is a pharmacist and he recommends drinking it before activity for optimum results. Taking it after is also a great way to recover or replenish what your body uses during activity.

1Why can’t I just drink water?
With B4, you can rehydrate faster (like an IV) and stay hydrated longer, boost energy and improve focus. We use the World Health Organization’s Oral Rehydration Solutions (ORS) ratios as the basis for our formula, which includes sodium, potassium, chloride and glucose. B4 offers fast, long-lasting, cellular-level hydration 3x more powerful than H₂O alone.
2How is this different from a hydration product (ie. hydration powder packs, electrolyte drinks)
